Firstly you should check the status of your advert by visiting 'My Account' If your advert's status is 'Live' but the advert is not appearing when you try to search for it, check that the words you are searching for appear in the text of your advert and ensure that the spelling is correct.
First go to the 'My Adverts' page within the "My Account" area. Here you will then be able to view your adverts by clicking on the dropdown menu. If you choose to view your live adverts you can then select to remove or edit your adverts.
First thing to check is if there is a red error message at the top of the page. Error Message: We cannot find an existing member with this email address. In this case, double check that your email address has been entered correctly. Make sure there are no spaces, no extra dots. Also: Have you entered .co.uk instead of .com by mistake? Do you have another email address you might have used, for example a work address?
